Jay Reardon was 21 years old when he died while riding his bike in Newtownards. The one-vehicle crash happened on July 31 2016, on the Belfast Road. Speaking on the 10th anniversary of Jay’s death, his family said everyone has a responsibility to be safer. Laura Reardon, Jay’s sister said: “If there’s one message, we’d like people to take away, it’s that every decision you make on the road matters.
