The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP. is asking for the public's assistance locating the 37 year old who is wanted for possession of stolen property and failing to comply with a probation order. In July 2023, Ooley was charged with three counts of arson following a string of early morning fires in Vernon. RCMP say a detailed review of footage identified the suspect as Ooley, who was arrested later that day.
