Fans of the Amazing Race television show can get a taste of action inspired by it here in the South Okanagan Similkameen. The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen will host its third annual Amazing Races in Okanagan Falls and Keremeos this August, inviting residents of all ages to compete in a community-wide adventure focused on teamwork and problem-solving. The event is open to all fitness levels, with local businesses also encouraged to participate as a team-building activity. The Keremeos Amazing Race takes place Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Memorial Park, while the Okanagan Falls event is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 13, at Keogan Sports Field.
