While the Home Price Index (HPI) was unchanged from May to June, that metric increased by almost 1 percent from June 2025 to June 2026, according to First American Data & Analytics’ June 2026 HPI report. First American Chief Economist Mark Fleming observed, “The housing market is quietly inching back toward price growth.”
