Buba Jallow, the alleged killer of Ebrima Njie, a mechanic from Latrikunda German, yesterday appeared before Justice I. Janneh of the Bundung High Court, where he complained about the conditions of his detention and his deteriorating health. Jallow further informed the court that although he had been prescribed medication, he had been denied access to a doctor. Justice Janneh then asked the accused whether he had informed the prison authorities about his medical condition. She subsequently ordered the State to file the bill of indictment within 30 days. The matter was adjourned to October 2026, after the court vacation, for further proceedings.
