From WOOD COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENTThe Wood County Community Health Center invites families to cool off and celebrate community during its second annual “Popsicle Party in the Park” on Tuesday, Aug. 4, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the inclusive playground at Carter Park, 104 Campbell Hill Road, Bowling Green. Held in recognition of National Health Center Week, this free community event welcomes children of all ages and abilities for an evening of popsicles, giveaways, and opportunities to connect with organizations that support children and families throughout Wood County. National Health Center Week is an annual celebration recognizing the role community health centers play in providing quality, affordable healthcare and improving access to care for individuals and families.
