Utah Public Radio’s new station manager is a veteran of public media.
As Station Manager, Frank Mueller succeeds longtime leaders Kerry Bringhurst and Tom Williams“I fell in love with radio after visiting a local station in Modesto, California, when I was 13,” Mueller said.
He later owned and operated a small radio group in Utah Valley and taught at Utah Valley University before returning to public broadcasting at Penn State.
Utah Public Radio serves listeners across the state through a network of broadcast transmitters, digital platforms and locally produced programming.
As a service of Utah State University’s Department of Communication, UPR provides news, public affairs, cultural programming and educational content aimed at connecting Utah communities and enriching civic life.
