Incident personnel remain focused on securing all control features and advancing coordinated suppression efforts across the fire area. On Saturday, strong winds are forecast, which may further challenge containment efforts. The Wallowa County Sheriff’s Office has issued Level 1 evacuations for residences on Joseph Creek Road.
