The Salida Library is holding a Flash Book Sale on Saturday, August 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at 405 E Street in Salida. The Library has lots and lots of nonfiction, history, biographies, memoirs and large print. It’s a great way to cool down and relax on the way home from the Salida Farmers’ Market, just across the street in Alpine Park. As with the Farmers’ Market, early birds will be rewarded with the best selection.
