Louisiana ranks seventh among the states with the highest reported rates of pickpocketing, according to a new analysis of FBI crime data. Nevada topped the list with 22.9 reports per 100,000 residents, followed by Hawaii (18.5), Missouri (15.3), Illinois (12.8), Georgia (11.3) and Tennessee (10.0).
