You might recall the story of the Sinclair gas station green dinosaur that was stolen from in front of the shop in Alcova, Wyoming. An aerial fire spotting group took their plane up just to watch a group of rescuers carry that Montana dino back down to where it belongs. For the record, even though the Sinclair stations have a dino out front, petroleum does not come from dinosaurs. As for the green Dino (pronounced "Dye-no") that Sinclair uses, it is the product of a long-ago advertisement campaign. Dino was introduced by Sinclair Oil in 1930 to promote motor oils and lubricants.
