The parents of the toddler who was found alive in a hospital morgue after drowning in an Arizona pool won't be charged over the incident, it has been revealed.
The news comes just weeks after the Daily Mail revealed disturbing details from the incident, including that police officers repeatedly warned the doctor that the child was still breathing.
Dr Toosi soon declared the toddler dead, despite police repeatedly warning him that he was breathing.
A hospital spokesperson previously told the Daily Mail: 'This is a heartbreaking situation.
Toosi's attorney, Scott Holden, previously told the Daily Mail his client had no comment about the incident.
