Kate Lawler suffered a nasty fall as she went flying off her chair at her brother's wedding earlier this week. However as she was encouraging the guests to get low before jumping up to wave their napkins in the air, Kate went flying off her chair. Undeterred she got right back up onto the chair as her dad held onto her to ensure there wasn't another tumble. In the words of Ian Beale, "I've got nothing left"'Kate shared a far less glam selfie as she joked 'unfortunately I'm recovering like I'm 46.' 'And hopefully I'll have recovered by the wedding in six weeks time - because it's another 3 days of partying abroad.'
