The animal-based ingredients producer repurchased $73 million in stock and reduced net debt by $223 million during the quarter. For the third quarter, the company estimates core ingredients adjusted EBITDA of $325 million to $340 million. Darling Ingredients expects to end 2026 with net debt at or below $3 billion and said business fundamentals remain strong, with continued earnings growth expected through 2026 and 2027.
