On arrival officers located an electric motorbike at the scene abandoned, as well as indications of a shooting crime scene. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim was shot at the location where the electric bike was located in the intersection. Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene this afternoon and canvassed for witnesses and processed the scene for available evidence. This is now a homicide investigation and homicide detectives have taken over the investigation which remains ongoing tonight.
