The curation starts with a gathering of ideas and references from where culture is directly happening, and also its echoes. Or someone may come to me with an idea, and I’m fortunate enough to suggest who they should be in conversation with. Then there’s the fact that the Talks Tent is now so established and respected that people actively want to pitch ideas to me, and I’m genuinely privileged to say I’m inundated.
