Faculty members and resource persons during the two-day Faculty Development Programme on "Office Procedures and Financial Administration" organised by the IQAC of Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung. During the first day, Pongener conducted sessions on "Financial Management and Audit" and "Pension: OPS, NPS and UPS," providing participants with a detailed overview of the subjects. The programme aims to enhance faculty capacity through practical training in office procedures, file processing, noting and drafting, official communication, record maintenance, financial management, audit practices and pension systems. The college stated that the initiative reflects its commitment to promoting good governance, effective leadership and management, quality assurance and continuous institutional improvement. It added that the programme seeks to reinforce professionalism, administrative excellence, fiscal discipline and continuous quality enhancement within the institution.
