At the tailed of the Cold War and the consequent Soviet collapse, the U.S. worked extra hard to dispossess Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan of their nuclear warheads and bombers. Then we thought this was unfair and unjust to those countries, but with this Ukrainian out of theatre strike at Iranian ship in the Caspian Sea, we sigh relief that Ukraine, in particular, was dispossessed of its Soviet-legacy nukes and Zelensky prevented from laying his trigger-happy hands on them !
