The last time Georgia succumbed to defeat at home was to rival South Carolina in overtime before COVID. Part of it is because many of the greatest moments in Georgia history have been away from Athens. Saturday is all about Georgia protecting the football, getting after the passer and not getting beat over the top in pass defense. Georgia needs to prove it has a better coaching staff than Alabama to come out on top in this one. Just because there is hope for Georgia to change the tide on the Tide does not mean it will happen.
