HONOLULU — North Dakota’s Miss America is getting married.
Cara Mund posted on Facebook Thursday, July 30, photos of her engagement in Hawaii to her boyfriend of roughly nine years, Noah Reed.
The Bismarck native was the first and only woman from North Dakota to be crowned Miss America.
Mund won the title in 2017.
Mund campaigned twice for North Dakota's lone U.S. House of Representatives seat.
