Machine Gun Kelly will return to his hometown of Cleveland this summer for the 2026 edition of ‘MGK Day,’ with longtime friend and collaborator Wiz Khalifa joining him as the event’s co-headliner. The annual city-backed celebration is scheduled for Aug. 7-8 and will conclude with the MGK Day Art + Community Festival at North Coast Yard on Aug. 8, where the pair will perform after a full day of music, community activities and local programming. The two-day event will once again spotlight music, art and community engagement while celebrating the city that helped shape MGK’s career. MGK Day has grown steadily since Cleveland officially proclaimed Aug. 13 as “MGK Day” in 2023 following the artist’s record-setting 2022 hometown stadium concert, which drew more than 50,000 fans. The announcement extends a busy year for MGK and Khalifa, who have been touring together on MGK’s Lost Americana Tour.
