Ambassador Cruise Line has announced a series of developments within its trade team as it continues to strengthen support for valued agent partners across the UK. Jones will return to the Trade Team from August 24, 2026, following a four-month interim position before the birth of her child last year. Ambassador’s Deputy Head of Trade (Interim), Karen Cameron, said: “Jones’ considerable knowledge of the travel sector, coupled with her industry experience, makes her a perfect fit for the Trade Team, and we’re so pleased to welcome her back.” With 20 years of experience, Ballantyne joined Ambassador in 2024 from Barrhead Travel, where she was a branch manager. The role will be advertised across TIRO and the Ambassador Cruise Line Facebook and LinkedIn pages from July 29.
