A damaged silver car was stopped in one of the closed lanes, with debris scattered on the carriageway and people in high-visibility clothing nearby. Heavy congestion has been reported in the area as a result of the lane closures. Sections of the motorway remain secured as emergency services continue to manage the scene and clear vehicles from the road.
