Seaside Park has locked down $3,350,000 to rebuild three municipal parking lots. Lot 2 is a large oceanfront lot. Lot 3 is a smaller oceanfront lot. The project will rebuild all three lots and install stormwater management measures in surrounding areas for residents and businesses, officials said. Before construction, contractors must field-verify each proposed ADA ramp with the engineer to ensure compliance with current standards.
