PORT HURON, Mich. — July 2026 — St. Clair County Community College (SC4) is proud to announce that graduates of its Associate Degree Nursing program achieved a 98.6% first-time pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN), based on results received in July 2026.
