MONCKS CORNER, S.C. — A Berkeley County woman has been arrested and another is wanted after investigators say they conspired with an inmate to smuggle contraband into the Hill-Finklea Detention Center, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.
Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis announced Thursday that Tiffany Elizabeth Cribb, 39, of St. Stephen, was arrested and charged with furnishing contraband to an inmate.
