Bees are struggling to survive the extreme heat of this summer. Bees have been struggling to survive; heat has just made it worse. Plants dependent on bees flower when the bees aren’t around, or bees come out of hibernation when the flowering hasn't begun. With an estimated 75 percent of global crop pollination dependent on bees, food security too is at risk when bees do not survive. In the short term, especially in this harsh summer, please do what you can to save the bees struggling with the heat.
