Rebecca "Becky" Lee (Lambert) Welsh, 71, of Cumberland, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at her home. Born November 27, 1954, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Angela (Leo) Lambert. Becky enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandson Emerson. She was a member of the GFC, the Moose, the VFW, American Legion, and Our Lady of the Mountains. In honor of her memory, donations may be made to UPMC Western MD Hospice and Allegany County Animal Shelter.
