A new retail development featuring a Dutch Bros Coffee drive-thru will replace the former PNC Bank at the southeast corner of Weber Road and Grand Boulevard, village recently announced. The first building will consist of a 1,200-square-foot Dutch Bros Coffee stand equipped with a drive-thru window. The planned redevelopment marks the latest addition to a commercial surge at the nearby Romeo Towne Center shopping complex. Dutch Bros and the unrevealed restaurant join TruGolf Links on the roster of businesses that have recently finalized locations in the immediate area. An official groundbreaking date and projected opening timeline for the Dutch Bros development have not yet been finalized.
