Columbus County Schools will roll out an artificial intelligence platform called Magic School during the upcoming school year. Middle and high school classrooms across the district gain access to this education-focused AI tool, according to WECT. She said the district noticed a sharp jump in AI use among students and teachers after last school year ended. The district didn't want students treating AI as a shortcut—something they witnessed during the previous school year. Magic School follows district curriculum standards and state standards.
