CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — City officials will use Sunday’s Community Bike Ride to gather public feedback on Circleville’s developing Active Transportation Plan, a citywide effort to improve conditions for bicyclists, pedestrians and other non-motorized travelers. Members of the plan’s project team will join the ride to talk with participants about where street safety could be improved for people who walk, bike, use scooters or roll through the city, according to a city announcement. The ride begins at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Circleville Elementary School and runs until 6:30 p.m.Circleville Active Transportation Plan bike ride flyer.
