However, as XDA Developers points out, they highlight the need for stricter accountability rather than a complete ban on AI tools. A 2024 Stack Overflow survey revealed over 75% of developers are using or planning to use AI coding tools. If developers start using AI coding tools without strong accountability measures, bugs and security vulnerabilities may emerge more quickly than before.
