Electronics distribution giant Ingram Micro reported second-quarter sales of $14.5 billion, topping analysts’ estimates and up nearly 14% over the same quarter of 2025 (NYSE: INGM). Adjusted earnings per share were 82 cents, above analysts’ estimates of 74 cents. “We delivered the strongest second-quarter results in Ingram Micro’s history, exceeding our guidance and demonstrating the strength of our global business, diversified portfolio, and disciplined execution,” said Paul Bay, Ingram Micro’s chief executive officer, in a statement announcing the results. For the current quarter, Ingram Micro expects a sales increase of between 7.5% and 10.7%. The company’s shares closed up less than 1% at $30.40 apiece with an intraday market cap of $7 billion, and were little changed in after-hours trading.
