Director of Community and Economic Development Noah Schumerth revealed three of the four sealed bids at the July 28 Homewood Village Board meeting for the village-owned property at 18157 Dixie Highway, formerly occupied by Repeat Boutique.
The first bid is from Justin Mahwakizi for $35,000, proposing a modern dine-in New York-style pizzeria.
The second bid is from Jerry Castro for $15,000, proposing a shrimp and chicken restaurant, Schumerth said.
