Emergency services were called to reports of a vehicle on fire in Swanstand just after 9pm, with officers and Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service rushing to the scene. The blaze was extinguished by firefighters, but not before it damaged second vehicle parked nearby. A woman was arrested on suspicion of arson, and she remains in custody at this time.
