Lester Headley, 26, of Trumper Road, is accused of five thefts at Morrisons on Canterbury Way on Monday, July 13, Thursday, July 23, Friday, July 24, and Tuesday, July 28. He has also been charged with theft from Tesco on Wesleyan Road on Friday, May 22. Headley has also been charged with common assault and a public order offence at Morrisons on Canterbury Way on July 13, and a further assault at B&M on London Road in April. The man is due to appear at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 28.
