Andover youngsters will design and help paint the Chantry Street artwork in a Test Valley Borough Council-led Andover Vision project. It will be painted on a council-owned wall beside the existing Hendog artwork. Local artist Kezia Hoffman will lead members of Andover Young Carers, Breakout Youth and Yellow Brick Road in workshops to design and paint the mural. Phil North, leader of Test Valley Borough Council, said: "Public art helps tell the story of a place and creates opportunities for people to connect with their community. "This project gives young people a voice and the chance to play a part in shaping their surroundings."
