A week after a deadly shooting in Lawrence, Massachusetts, authorities said a person is being charged with murder. The Essex County District Attorney's Office said Thursday that an arrest warrant had been obtained for 32-year-old Edgar Morales. WATCH HERE WATCH HEREProsecutors said Morales would be arraigned Friday afternoon on a murder charge in the shooting of 44-year-old Domingo Rivera on Bay State Road. Rivera was pronounced dead at the scene after being shot in the early morning hours of July 23 . Morales is due to face a judge in Lawrence District Court at 2 p.m. Friday.
