JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Rya Gray, a Direct Support Professional with Triumph, Inc., recently received the American Red Cross Certificate of Extraordinary Personal Action, a prestigious lifesaving award recognizing individuals who use lifesaving skills to help save or sustain a life during an emergency.
Rya was nominated by her supervisor, Jody Larson, whose nomination described the incident as follows:“On March 11, 2026, I received a message from Triumph, Inc.
On-Call Supervisor regarding a critical incident reported by Rya Gray, Direct Support Professional (DSP).
Based on the seriousness of the situation and the effective lifesaving intervention performed, it is my professional recommendation that Rya Gray be formally recognized with a Lifesaving Award.
Her actions exemplify Triumph, Inc.’s commitment to safety, preparedness, and high-quality care for the individuals we support.”
