Crews were called to Third Avenue and Todd Brook in Harlow at around 3.35pm where flames had spread to a derelict building, a field behind and multiple trees by the brook. The fires took place on July 29. Firefighters believe the fires were started deliberately and are urging the public to help through the FireStoppers scheme. A spokesman for the service said: "We want the public to use FireStoppers to report information that could prevent a fire from occurring."
