A railway worker had their eye socket broken in a brutal assault at Whitechapel station, police say. The staff member was attacked by a woman on the Elizabeth line platform at around 11.30am on Monday, June 29. The perpetrator repeatedly punched the victim in the face and kicked them in the chest after being asked to stop vaping. Witnesses to the assault, or anyone who recognises the woman pictured, is urged to come forward.
