"Consumers should stop using the recalled hand warmers immediately and contact Ocoopa Direct for a full refund in the form of an Ocoopa gift card or the original form of payment," the CPSC said. A few of the several Ocoopa rechargeable hand warmers that were recalled following fires, burn injuries and at least one death.
