Court documents state he did not have a medical marijuana card, resulting in the additional drug charge. The investigation later expanded after a 14-year-old girl reported Wisdom sexually assaulted her at a Mitchell hotel. According to court documents, he said he did not remember what happened but acknowledged the victim’s account was possible. Wisdom was charged with third-degree rape, a Class 2 felony, and fourth-degree rape, a Class 3 felony.
