A man was seen acting "suspiciously" around Agnes Street, Chadderton, at around 7.30am on Tuesday, July 28, before approaching a car and setting it on fire. Extensive damage was caused to the vehicle as well as two other cars parked nearby, but no injuries were reported. One image shows the car was completely burnt out, while damage to a property can be seen in the background.
