U.S. Soccer, North American nations reject Infantino's World Cup investor plan

The 41-member Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) met and announced it rejected Infantino's plan in the aftermath of UEFA's decision.
It also questioned the need for outside investment "following the most profitable FIFA World Cup in history.”
It is the second federation to unanimously reject Infantino's plan.

The 2030 World Cup will celebrate the tournament’s 100th anniversary with matches across six countries and three continents, including special games in South America.
