Six suspects are in police custody following their arrest for allegedly robbing a primary school in Kwzakhele in Gqeberha. Police spokesperson Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says on Tuesday, three armed suspects entered the principal's office at the school in Tubali Street. Janse van Rensburg says the suspects then moved through the premises, entering the staff kitchen and classrooms where staff members were robbed of additional electronics and their car keys. Janse van Rensburg says the following day, additional suspects were identified and arrested. Police are investigating whether the group may be linked to other serious crimes committed in Motherwell and surrounding areas.
