GRAND FORKS — Walsh County State’s Attorney Kelley Cole has been appointed to an open judgeship in the Northeast Judicial District by Gov.
ADVERTISEMENTCole has served as Walsh County State’s Attorney since October 2017.
She also served as president of the Walsh County Bar Association and was on the local Domestic Violence Board.
From 2007 to 2017, Cole served as assistant state’s attorney in Walsh County.
From 2004 to 2007, she was a deputy county attorney in Yuma County, Arizona, according to the release.
