MYAirline (MYM, Kuala Lumpur Subang) co-founder Goh Hwan Hua and 15 companies he controlled have been ordered to repay MYR67.6 million ringgit (USD16.5 million) to 206 investors, according to a July 16, 2026, Kuala Lumpur High Court order seen by The Edge Malaysia newspaper.
The court also ordered them to pay MYR80,000 (USD19,600) in costs, pre-judgment interest at the fixed-deposit rate, and annual post-judgment interest of 5%.
The court declared the investment agreements void from the outset and found that the defendants had committed fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
In a separate case, as previously reported by ch-aviation, the High Court ordered Goh and four related companies in September 2025 to repay 15 investors MYR7.6 million (USD1.9 million) and SGD170,000 Singaporean dollars (USD131,900).
Goh co-founded MYAirline, which suspended operations in October 2023, less than a year after launching scheduled services.
