The legislation aims to lower the cost of ownership and ensure it stays that way for future generations. That money will go toward the Fairlee Bridge + Main project, which Balint says will address the region’s critical housing shortage while serving low-income renters. The goal is to build 19 units of housing and construct two new multi-family units in Fairlee’s village center.
