She was born on June 26, 1949, in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Francis “Curly” and Margaret Grueterman Clark. Vicki was a 1967 graduate of Coshocton High School and received a bachelor’s degree in education from Kent State. She was an educator with West Muskingum Middle School for 32 years. She was a past President of West Muskingum Educational Association and was also a member of Delta Kappa Gamma. She was an avid fan of basketball and a football fan, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.
